Our Mission

Our mission is to help improve the lives of those around us by actively donating our time and resources. Pohanka Automotive Group is a dedicated partner to the communities we serve since our first location opened in downtown Washington, D.C. in 1919. We employ over 1,700 people who live and work in these communities, and for over 100 years, we're proud to pay it forward.

These dedicated groups provide nutritious meals, groceries, and vital support services to families and individuals facing hunger.
