How To Get Pre-Approved

Your journey toward a new Volkswagen starts with getting approved by Volkswagen Credit. You don't have to have a co-signer if you qualify, but you will need three personal references.

New graduates who qualify are not required to have a credit history.

Your graduation should be within the last 24 months prior to credit application. Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's Degrees should come from accredited U.S. or Canadian colleges and universities.

Applicants should have a full time job. However, a written commitment from a future employer may be enough to secure your loan or lease. You'll need to show proof of current or future income.

Once your financing is approved by Volkswagen Credit, it's time to shop. You will know the maximum amount of your loan or lease, and that should make it easy to determine which Volkswagen you want.
